The senior exams are next week 27th -31st August.
Senior students will not have regular classes but must come in for their exams as per the exam timetable.
The exam timetable has been made available via the school notices and is in alphabetical order by subject.

Morning exams begin at 8.50am. Afternoon exams begin at 12.40pm. Exam length varies.
The exam expectations are;
Be on time
Bring necessary and permitted equipment for exams eg. pen, acceptable calculator for Maths exams
All bags at the front of the exam room
No devices cellphones/ ipods etc are permitted to be used in the exam
All cellphones and/ or other devices must be turned off and kept in the student's bag (at the front of the room)
Students can wear mufti to their exams.
Junior class operate as normal during this week, Seniors are reminded that they are to be at home studying or in the library between exams and should not be in the grounds during class time.
A number departments are having workshops that support external portfolios during the exam week. These have been timetabled. Subject external exams must take precedence over workshop participation
If your child has a clash they need to see Mr Straayer or their subject teacher to sort through an alternative time.
The grade a student achieves in the Aotea College senior exams can contribute to a derived grade, if for a legitimate reason a student is unable to sit their external NZQA exam at the end of the year.
