What date does the cafe open?
The Aotea Cafe will be open on Friday 4th February, there will be limited options.

What does the start of the year look like?
Week 1.
Monday 31st January is Year 12 & 13 course confirmation day 9 -11am;
Peer support training 11- 2pm
Tuesday 1st February is Year 10 & 11 course confirmation day 9-11am
Students will need to come in on these days IF there is an issue with their timetables.
Wednesday 2nd February Year 12 & 13 assembly - 9.00am (in the gym)
All students are expected to attend, uniform is not required.
Thursday 3rd February Year 10 & 11 assembly - 9.00am (in the gym)
All students are expected to attend, uniform is not required.
Students will be released for the day at approx 12.00pm
Friday 4th February Year 9 students start.
There will be a powhiri held for all year 9 students and any other new students starting with us in 2022. Year 9 students remain at school for the day, all other new students in years 10-13 will be released after the powhiri.
Week 2.
Monday 7th February - Waitangi Day holiday observed - No school
Tuesday 8th February - Full timetable commences.
